Free website SEO audit
The audit walks public HTML: titles, descriptions, canonicals, headings, image alt, and basic link health. It is a first-pass checklist, not a replacement for Search Console, log-file analysis, or a JavaScript rendering crawl of a heavy SPA.
Pages are fetched through public CORS proxies so the browser can read third-party HTML. Those proxies see the URLs you enter. Do not scan staging sites that contain secrets, and do not treat a proxy timeout as “the page is down.”
How to Use
- Enter the public homepage (https). Confirm you are allowed to crawl it.
- Read the third-party proxy notice and consent if the UI asks.
- Start the audit and let the queue finish. Large sites will only sample what the crawler can reach this session.
- Fix unique titles/descriptions and broken links first, then download the PDF for stakeholders.
Key Features
- Title, meta, heading, and basic link checks
- PDF report for sharing
- No FlashKit login
- Uses disclosed CORS proxies — not an anonymous private crawl
Frequently Asked Questions
Will this replace Google Search Console?
No. Search Console shows what Google actually crawled and indexed. Use this for on-page hygiene, then verify in GSC.
Why did the crawl miss SPA routes?
Proxied fetches see the raw HTML. If the site is a client-rendered app (FlashKit had this problem too), the crawler gets a thin shell unless you prerender.
Is my sitemap sent to Google?
No. This tool does not submit sitemaps. Add https://www.flashkit.tools/sitemap.xml in Search Console for this site, or your own sitemap for yours.
Can I audit localhost?
Public proxies cannot reach localhost. Deploy a preview or use a desktop crawler on your machine.
